WvTftp 1.0

Released on February 8 2007, WvTftp 1.0 has the following changes since 0.9.3:

• Updated README (mcote)
• Added "Total Timeout Seconds" setting (mcote)
• Fixed processing of UniConf-style settings (mcote)
• Added basic unit tests (mcote)
• Timeout-error packets and retransmitted data packets would occasionally go to the wrong connection (mcote)
• When using negative latency, out of order or lost packets could get the client and server out of sync and cause a timeout (mcote)

WvTftp requires WvStreams 4.1.0 or higher, available at DownloadReleases.
