Introduction
A mobile proxy farm is, stripped of marketing language, a rack of cellular modems attached to Linux hosts, each modem exposing its carrier-assigned connection through a proxy endpoint that remote clients can use. The engineering problem is less glamorous than the term suggests. It is mostly about USB stability, deterministic device naming, per-interface routing, process isolation, controlled IP rotation and observability across dozens or hundreds of flaky radio links.
